All orders are sent as DDP (Delivered duties Paid) meaning (where applicable)  duties and taxes are paid by Welligogs

Returns & Exchanges

Policy Returns period - 60 days!

Changed your mind? No problem, return your item to us within 60 days of receiving your initial order, unworn with the swing tags attached for a full refund (less original postage fee) or free exchange, whichever you prefer. If you return an item after 60 days, you will be given a gift card for the same price as the order amount. (Please note exchanged items, still need to be received within the initial 60 day period if wanting a refund).

Sale/Outlet Returns - 14 days.

Sale items bought online can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, any returns received after this period, will receive a Gift card for the amount paid.

Sale items bought at a show are on a 'Sale No Return' basis, as the items have been seen in person and accepted.

Show Returns - 30 days.

Items can be returned in the first 30 days for a refund or exchange, any items received after this period will be issued with a Gift Card for the amount paid.

The item must be unworn with swing tags attached and proof of purchase must also be provided. Please email the office to request the return [email protected]

How Do I Get A Return Label

For all UK mainland orders you will be charged £4.00 for the Royal Mail return label, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note, there are no return charges on exchanges.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed our end. 

International Returns

Please contact our customer services team at [email protected] to request a quote on return postage (capped at £25) or if you choose to use your own carrier, then please book your return parcel as 'Return to sender' quoting the original waybill number on it as proof, to avoid customs charges. (Welligogs is not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on your return if the above has not been followed).
